Excellent and easy appointment for my boy's health check and annual vaccination yesterday. Simon takes the time to put him at his ease before doing anything more. Been with Buchanan's 20 years which has to be a recommendation in itself. All the staff are friendly and kind. Thank you.

The best vets we have ever been to. We thought we were losing our dog Teddy so was a very worrying time. Simon and the team were amazing from start to finish. Simon even called one evening at 9pm to check in on Teddy to make sure he was doing ok. The reception staff were excellent keeping us updated throughout giving us peace of mind at a very difficult time. Thanks to the love and care of all the team at Buchanan vets, Teddy has now made a full recovery and he even walks into the clinic wagging his tail excited to see Simon and the team which speaks volumes. After being messed around by another vets and having to take my young dog to an emergency vets, we then transferred to this one and right from day one Lucy has been absolutely amazing with my Lucky. He always looks forward to seeing her. Thankyou Lucy for everything. Lucky is now happy, healthy and enjoying his walks again. I'd never go anywhere else.
