Love this vets! Staff are super friendly and understanding unfortunately my dog scrappy has had bad experiences at other vets making him very anxious but this vet’s is completely different he gets greeted with smiles, strokes and biscuits! They are never bothered about his endless nervous wees and always have a mop bucket to hand Honestly couldn’t recommend this vets more it has made my boys life so much easier and really helped my own anxiety when taking him!

All the staff in this practice are so kind, caring and compassionate. The vets are really knowledgeable and supportive especially in difficult times. I’ve always been able to get a same day appointment. Would recommend this practice to every pawrent

My dog was registered her but not anymore. I was advised by the vet for my dog to have an injection for his joint pain. I paid an admin fee for them to process the insurance claim. After the first injection. When the 2nd injection came I was told it was an on going claim. However to my surprise they hadnt even contacted my insurance and now wanted full payment from myself. Disgusting service stay well clear !!

I dont normally do the review/feedback thing but felt I must say something about this amazing place. What a fantastic surgery I cannot recommend this place highly enough the staff are amazing the advice help and treatment is outstanding. My dog used to be so nervous about vets visits since I've changed practises and moved to Village Pets the difference in Cassie is remarkable ❤❤❤ If ever I get poorly im coming here lol 😆

Lovely clean welcoming area. Excellent, comforting handling of my dog. Questions patiently handled and great explanation of treatment needed. Thank you, would highly recommend.
