I’ve been coming here for years with my dog Lola, and the care has always been fantastic. Recently she went in with a slight limp, and Fiona was amazing from start to finish. She took it seriously, explained the best course of action, and went above and beyond to make sure Lola was well looked after. She was so nice, friendly, and reassuring throughout. I didn’t catch the receptionists’ names but they were also so lovely and welcoming. We’ve always been so well cared for and I’m genuinely sad to leave due to moving away.

We’ve been bringing our rescue dog here since we adopted him in Feb and we’ve been repeatedly overwhelmed and impressed with the service. Every single employee that we’ve met at Bond Street has been incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgable - we’ve had the most interactions with Louise and Lynsey, who have gone above and beyond to help us out. Lynsey (vet) has seen our dog a number of times now, she’s never made us feel rushed, and she’s always taken the time to talk through options and next steps with me in lots of detail, as well as listening my initial thoughts/inputs. Louise (who works on reception) has helped with our insurance claims - printing out all of our past consultations, conferring with Lynsey, writing all the information out for us, and even calling his previous vets to support with the history. Thank you so much Bond Street!

Looked after my forever friend kia on her last day. We couldn't of asked for more compassion from the superb vet, and all the support staff. My daughter rang the next day to request a paw print of my beloved friend . And they went above and beyond. I can't express my appreciation for what you did, regarding the lovely card you made for us! Thank you x

If we could give 100 stars we would… We can’t thank the team at Bond Street Vets enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed our beloved English bulldog, Vinny. What started as what we thought would be a routine check-up after feeling a little unwell over the weekend, turned into a terrifying, emotional two-week ordeal filled with emergency surgery, complications, and more worry than we could’ve imagined after he ate a rock the size of a a grown man’s fist, literally. But throughout every step of the way, our faith in Alex, our vet surgeon, never wavered. From the moment we met him, Alex exuded confidence, compassion, and dedication. Despite the seriousness of Vinny’s condition—which involved not only removing the rock but also cutting part of his intestines out—Alex was calm, informative, and above all, deeply invested in Vinny’s recovery. When complications arose and Vinny needed a second surgery to pump his stomach due to a blockage, Alex was right there, communicating regularly and making sure we understood every detail. It never felt like we were just another case to him—Vinny mattered, and we felt that deeply. As bulldog parents, we were already bundles of nerves knowing the risks the breed faces under anaesthesia. Vinny had to go under twice, and both times, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. But what touched us most was the way every single staff member treated Vinny. He’s the softest, most gentle soul you’ll ever meet, and it was so comforting to know that he was being loved and doted on like one of their own. We truly believe his recovery was in part thanks to the warm, positive energy he received from everyone there. Despite the pokes, prods, and probably a great deal of confusion, he was genuinely excited to go back—and that said everything to us. Thank you to Alex and the entire team for not only saving Vinny but for treating him with so much love. You didn’t just care for our dog; you cared for us through one of the scariest experiences of our lives. We are TRULY forever grateful.

Sarah has given my cat Badger so much love, care and attention over the past 12 months. He has been in a lot over the past year due to various issues and i cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a credit to the practice.
