I visited yesterday with my cat Thomas. He is nearly 20 years old and has one or two little health issues. The main purpose yesterday was to have his annual vaccinations. We have been coming to the Willows in Middlewich for nearly 20 years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The receptionists are all so friendly and clearly passionate about caring for every animal that comes through their door. We were seen by Dan who we have seen many times before. He is so kind to Thomas and always helps to make things less stressful for him. We discussed how nice Toms teeth were for a cat of his age and his present ongoing thyroid issue. Dan clearly has a wealth of knowledge but remains very personable and professional. Thank you

Very friendly staff, and the male vet Dan was lovely and helpful all the time being mindful that my male dog can be a little techy when being touched closely by the vet especially as the vet was male, my dog doesn't like men, the reception staff were lovely and interactive with him, A great visit thankyou

Very pleased with the service, rang in the morning to book our dog in for a kennel cough vaccination appointment and they said they had one the same day. Reception staff are very friendly and professional, vey was very professional and explained the procedure to us very comprehensively. Would definitely recommend the practice.

I took my greyhound for vaccinations today and was pleasantly surprised there was no waiting!! Dan was fab with Harper and was so gentle with her. We also had our second greyhound with us who we realised hadn’t had his kennel cough vaccine so Dan obliged immediately- again attentive and gentle. A brilliant experience all round. Thanks Dan 😊

Really fantastic service! We had our cat registered here a number of years ago when we lived in the area, and were very happy with the service. We've since moved away, but needed to get hold of her medical history for insurance purposes. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, pulled the info straight away and sent it over promptly. Thank you Willows for making an already stressful process much easier!
