We've always had satisfactory dealings with Hollybank. We took our dog this morning. Helen's advice was to monitor his condition regularly to check whether the problem changed in anyway. She didn't try to push unnecessary medication on us. I'd like to add that the receptionists at Hollybank are always so welcoming and friendly. Thank you

Oh my goodness, not a good experience at all ! I live 3 houses around the corner from this practice and hobbled around on crutches and in medical boot at 8a.m after breaking my Fibula at Sandiway Quarry 2 weeks ago as I had a minor concern about my 10 month old puppy Elsa. I registered Elsa with Hollybank on our arrival to Sandiway from Norfolk pleased with the convenience, so she had all her injections here! Unable to take her with me, as to repeat myself I am in a medical boot AND on crutches, unable to drive for 6-8 weeks! I thought I was being a responsible dog owner! There was nobody in the waiting room and Richard didn't even have the time to come out and explain why someone from the practice could not come back with me to collect Elsa! I had taken 4 pics to show them to give them an idea what I was talking about. Young new vet Ezra saw the pics whilst I was waiting and said it could be this, this or this but would need to see her (which I understood and appreciate). I have been more than happy with every other member of the team I have met. I am NOT prepared to pay £250 for a home visit when I am literally spitting distance from you! Long long negative review sadly but unfortunately my experience and I am a 66 year old pensioner with no family in the same county!

Sadly, after nearly 15 yrs, we said a very hard goodbye to our precious furbaby Zak at home, with the support, attendance and assistance of Louise, Richard and various members of the Hollybank Vet Practice. We have nothing but good things to say about Richard and the team at Hollybank Vets. Highly Recommend. Our furbaby Zak. Always felt comfortable.

Fantastic staff. Such a delight to have a private owned practice with long term staff that really care about your animals health & well being more than the bottom line & are always happy to help.
