We have 5 dogs, we moved into the area and a friend of mine who is a vet recommended them. They have been outstanding particularly when reacting quickly when one of my dogs was injured.

Contacted Daleside in distress with a very poorly cat nearing the end of his life to discuss euthanasia. My cat is registered with Daleside and another veterinary practice. The member of staff on the desk told me to 'let the other practice sort IT' sort IT?! He is not an IT!! I am disgusted by her attitude and lack of empathy towards me, certainly not what I would expect from a veterinary practice!
