I took my dog Sully to this eye vet today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the team were so welcoming – it’s clear that everyone there truly loves animals. The vet was excellent: very thorough, explained everything clearly without any confusing jargon, and really helped guide me through something I was worried about. A special mention to Darren on reception, who made what could have been a stressful visit so much more pleasant. He helped both Sully and I feel relaxed, cared for, and supported. I would absolutely recommend this eye vet to anyone – they’re brilliant! Sully, of course, wasn’t too fussed about looking at the eye chart in the room — but he was very happy with all the kindness and care he received

The care our dog Jack has received from this team has been nothing short of amazing. Our vet, Andy, has been fantastic always calm, kind, and genuinely compassionate at every visit. The nursing team treat Jack like he's one of their own, and they’ve been such a comfort to us, especially when we found out he had lost his sight. Darren at reception is brilliant he always takes the time to put everyone at ease as soon as they walk through the door. The admin team are always so friendly on the phone and were incredible when it came to sorting out all our insurance claims. It was such a relief to have that taken care of during a stressful time. Overall, it’s clear this team really cares not just about the animals, but about their humans too.
