Omg I can't praise everyone enough. My mums cat was howling under her bed so we knew something was wrong and needed immediate attention. We turned up without appointment and I told the staff were registered but it's an emergency. We took my mums cat in and within seconds the vet new what was wrong and after checking his back legs that were all the way forward and his breathing, we were told he has a blood clot along with a heart murder and although his deterioration was immediate without any signs he was far too gone and in far too much pain. Long and short of it, they made him comfortable so my mum can say goodbye then they took him to be out of pain

The vet we saw, Katey, was kind and attentive to my dog, examined her thoroughly, and was both knowledgable and able to explain her knowledge. I asked a lot of questions and she was patient and thorough in answering them. Also the service I received from Richard - the receptionist - was astonishing: kind, reassuring, and thoroughly helpful. I had never had to take my dog for any treatment that involved an insurance claim before and he made it all painless and stress-free while I was a bit emotional. The blood tests we had done were returned within (I think) an hour and Katey was again just brilliant on the phone: thoroughgoing, helpfully decisive about possibilities, and - again - really kind.
