Excellent vet practice, friendly helpful nurses and receptionists.The vets there are sympathetic to the nature of your visit, whether it’s a check up or a diagnosis and treatment or on the saddest occasions. I have had many cats and dogs treated there and they show them kindness and respect. The practice is very welcoming and homely. The vet we saw was friendly and welcoming and made my dog feel relaxed; she was gentle but thorough in her examination and listened to my concerns; very pleased, empathic to owners and pets

I had to say goodbye to my lovely girl yesterday. She had become ill over a very brief period of time but was still eating and drinking well, which doesn't tally with the diagnoses I was given for her illness. I will never be sure that everything was done for her that could have been done and I will regret her passing for ever. My dog was about to be euthanised and all the vet wanted to talk about was selling more products (it's worth noting that my dog was registered with an insurance company that pays the vet direct) This vet claimed she couldn't access the scan and X-Ray on the desk top computer in the consulting room to let me see the images, but she showed me some grainy pictures on her own phone (which she had photographed from the screen she said wasn't working???) She had a brusque manner. I loved that dog so much and her little pal misses her. I have registered my other dog with a different vet practice which was recommended to me.

Not a great experience at this vets. First visit, the waiting room was chaotic on arrival and we waited for 40 mins with no communication from reception. The vet we saw was knowledgable but made no effort to reassure my nervous dog, had a brusque manner with me, made it clear she was in a hurry and yet made multiple attempts to sell sell sell treatments we didnt need. Our appointment for a prescription cost over £110 which is ludicrous. The private equity owned vets model in this country are criminal. We will be switching to a new vets asap
