Would give no stars if that was possible, my 87yr old mother rang for an emergency appointment for her diabetic blind dog who appeared to have an infection and had collapsed, the vet wanted a water sample which she explained she could not get, my brother arrived and mum told them she could bring her dog to them, to be told the vet would not see him and she would have to wait till Monday, my mum replied he will be dead by Monday but got zero help and zero compassion. I’m so disgusted I have removed my 2 dogs immediately. What kind of vet turns away a seriously sick dog and an 87 yr old owner who has spent thousands of pounds with them. DISGUSTING

I have been registered with the sister branch of bryn for 14 years but after going to Golborne practice I can see how poor the service is was getting from bryn, was. The staff at Golborne were 'and I mean this in the best way possible' completely normal and friendly. Just straight advice, conversation and no hiked up prices. I learned more details of my dogs condition in 1 appointment than I ever have at Bryn practice. We left feeling seen, heard and treated. Great vets to deal with.

I am disabled and that makes navigating public places difficult sometimes. The staff here are very considerate and brought a chair in the consulting room and the dogs medication to my car so that I need not stand and wait. The advice I received from the vet was excellent and the treatment for my whimpet recognised his nervousness and acted accordingly.

The Bryn surgery had no appointments available but I was offered an appointment within a couple of hours at the Golborne location. Reception staff were friendly, welcoming and professional and vet Lindsey dealt with my dog, Moose calmly and confidently, explaining everything to me including next steps. No fee to pay and a reduced cost for medication as I’m a pet health club member. All in all a good experience.

Went for an emergency appointment to the Golborne vet surgery we normally go to the bryn one connected. They were fantastic here from start to finish and looked after my cat. Would highly recommend.
