I can’t praise Goostrey Lane vets enough for providing the highest standard of care for my dogs and for all the advice and support they’ve given me. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

The professionalism of James and his team is second to none. They provide a loving safe environment for pets. Their support compassion and understanding meant the world to us during a very difficult time.

Our little boy Alfie died at home on Sunday. I contacted the vet on Monday morning and then took him over. The staff were brilliant in their handling of the situation. Today we received a gift of flowers and a card of condolence. We cannot speak highly enough of how considerate and caring they are of our pets and of us. Bless you and thank you.

5 stars isn’t enough, GLV are hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever worked with. Over the last few months our dog has had a series of issues that we’ve needed to treat and between James, Aneke and Emily M, they have been incredibly knowledgeable, providing the different treatment options and what they would recommend in the situation but ultimately letting us, as the owners, decide what we’re most comfortable with. I really appreciate this approach and you can tell they really care. I feel very lucky and incredibly grateful to have found GLV.

I couldn’t thank this vets enough for service they provide for us. Today we lost one of our family members. From calling in, in the morning and given appointment to the vet giving the best expert advise what best for our family member, to respect of making sure she was comfortable when she was put to sleep. Wow the positive experience has helped me heal. I been to other vets that it’s about the money.. but at Goostrey vets it’s about what’s best for the pet and caring touch not just another animal to See. We travel from Manchester and have our 3 dogs with these vets and wouldn’t use any other. So thank you James and his lovely team

Absolutely one of the best vets I've been to. Huey our little french bulldog was born with lots of issues. We tried various local vets before we heard about James at goostrey lane. He sorted him out and his knowledge is amazing. I could not recommend this vets enough, we travel 30 miles and it's worth every second 🤗

Give amazing end of life care and animals come first!. They give there honest opinion and don’t rip you off. End of life care room was lovely and put your baby in a bed, no pain and fall asleep lovely. Was a bit of a mess when went for an emergency appointment. Made me feel comfortable give me tissue and explain it well. So glad I’ve found a vet that I can trust and put the animal first and treats them as theirs own babies!

Wonderful caring vet practice. The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.
