Helpful staff no nonsense practice. Listened to patiently freely given advice. The VET was very reassuring and explained in detail

I have used Southfields for many years. My pets have always been treated quickly and compassionately as have the humans. The staff have always been attentive and welcoming. At those awful times when we have to say goodbye to our pet. The staff are caring and patient and always treat the animal with dignity and loving care.I would never use anyone else. Even with the challenges because of the pandemic they are still doing all they can and providing a good service

Don’t go there! ⚠️ At first, my cat was only on the second day of having the flu; she already had a fever and wasn’t eating or drinking. Yet, because of this male vet’s negligence，he didn’t prescribe any medication and just told us to go home and monitor her. 😢 So She became dehydrated on the fourth day, and the virus spread to her lungs, causing her to suffocate to death. 😭 Besides, their chain of veterinary practices even charged a weekend consultation fee of £350⚠️, which is over £100 more expensive than Vets Now, a specialist emergency veterinary service.
