I cannot recommend Vets for Pets highly enough. They have taken incredible care of all my cats, especially my cat Suzie, who was diagnosed with pyometra. The team acted so quickly, getting her in the very same day for emergency surgery, and supported us every step of the way. They kept us fully informed throughout and made an incredibly worrying time feel so much more manageable. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cannot recommend Vets for Pets highly enough! My cat Stevie has FIV and a couple of complications because of this, and our last vets unfortunately were extremely negligent. The difference when we transferred to Vets for Pets has been astounding. I really felt informed at every step when we were dealing with a chronic wound and keeping in touch with the vets was quick and easy. Unfortunately, late one Friday evening Stevie was having signs of a urinary blockage, and so after calling the out of hours number he was recommended to be transported to Chestergates for treatment. The follow up care from the vets after this was just incredible, it was a really tough time for me as a first time pet owner and very emotional, but I always felt supported and well informed. Because of his FIV Stevie’s recovery was a bit more complicated, but throughout everything I was able to keep in contact with vets really well and now I’m overjoyed to say he’s back to being well again. So a very big thank you to all the vets, nurses, and admin staff, from myself and Stevie. Your hard work and genuine care is so appreciated and it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Everyone at the surgery was really helpful and kind, agreeing to examine Frank right at the end of the day, when the vet he was registered with wouldn't. Sian was extremely thorough and sensible, giving him a pain-killing injection and reassuring us. By the next day he was improving so I could just collect Metacam to give him at home. I can't recommend Vets for Pets too highly.

Very happy customer and very happy cat. there was a miscommunication between the vet and receptionist in regarding my payment plan. I brought my cat in for a check up to administer flea and worm and the vet said I could have the treatment cheaper if I got the booster vaccine. I did that as it had to be done and was struggling with funds, however I was then told there was a mix up and I wasn’t on that plan. However a lovely receptionist sorted out the situation for me and said I didn’t need to pay anything else as it wasn’t my fault. I felt very reassured after a slight panic that I would have to pay for the vaccine ontop of the flea and worm then and rheee! Staff are very friendly with the animals and I love the cat waiting room where my cat felt safe and relaxed. Many thank you to the receptionist for helping me.

Amazing vets! Our dog has been registered here for years and even though we live in North Wales now we still bring him here as they are such a great practice. Our dog actually loves going here! The staff are all so warm and friendly. We recently had to have a lump removed from our dog and the communication from the admin staff was second to none, any questions I had they found the correct information for me and always called me back very quickly with updates, as well as giving our dog lots of fuss. The practice manager called me within minutes of our insurance decision which again was so helpful during a stressful process not to be waiting around. We got test results back and our dog was booked for his operation within 3 days! The vet who saw and operated on our dog was warm, empathetic and very knowledgeable, she really put our mind at ease and did a fantastic job. All of the team have been so kind to me (and Dexter our dog) throughout. Calling to check in both before and after the surgery which I really appreciated. This is my first experience of having my dog treated for something big and worrying but Vets 4 Pets Hoole made the process so much better. Professional, hard working and really care about the animals, what more could you ask for in Vets practice. Thank you so much to all at Vets 4 Pets.
