I’ve been with Storrar for over 10 years and I would not trust my dogs with any other practise because the staff remember me and my girls,I always know how much treatment will cost beforehand, their prices are competitive but mostly they really care and they are hugely experienced..it is a wonderful practise and I cannot recommend them highly enough

Having moved to Chester recently and needing a new vet, I was thrilled with Storrar Vets from start to end of my interaction with the whole team. Excellent service when making my appointment, reception staff lovely, friendly, warm and welcoming and the vet was excellent with my dog and very helpful, listened to concerns about my dogs health and check up was thorough without feeling rushed.

a welcoming and lovely vets, all the staff are so friendly, I visit either Alex or James for my pets & both are so good at what they do, they are very patient and take time to explain things through with you, the reception girls are also very lovely, would highly recommend

Always amazing personal service at The Storrar Practice. Dealing with the same vet each time makes such a difference because they know your pet and it makes getting the right treatment easier. They also put the animal and human first which to me makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

I have used the Storrar practice for many years , and without fail each and every vet has given my dogs the upmost care ! There is very much a feeling that the dogs health and wellbeing is at the forefront of the care given, I also feel that only necessary treatment is offered, I have never ever felt that monetary gain was above the welfare of my dogs. I would and have highly recommended Storrar to friends and family !! I would also like to praise the reception staff /veterinary nurses for always being friendly and very very caring especially when we lose our older dogs. Thank you Storrar Practice !!

Everyone at The Storrar Practice, epitomise the saying: ‘There is no ‘i’ in Team’ 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Beatie is almost 15yo & is DREADFUL when being handled but regardless of her drama-Queen performance, James calmly & professionally continued with her examination, vaccinations etc 💯💯 Also, in this cynical, backstabbing, money-grabbing world we sadly find ourselves in, these guys & gals will undoubtedly restore your faith in mankind… that I promise 👍👍

We can recommend the Storrar Vet Practise in Chester highly. Every time we’ve visited, no matter whichever Vet, or member of the reception team we’ve seen, has been very helpful. Each Vet has taken the time to thoroughly check out each of our two dogs separately and offered lots of guidance when asked for advice (no matter how daft the question)! The text reminders for boosters/worming/flee tablets etc are really useful/reliable. Just feel our two four-legged best mates are in very good hands.
