Our 3 month old puppy conker was not very well, we rang the out of hours service on a Sunday and were met with a friendly guide on the phone, they called us back within a couple of minuets to go straight to the vets, everyone was great from start to finish, even to the point of payment and insurance, and Conker was home the next morning back to her normal self. Thank you!

Thank you so much to Megan Bennion and everyone who took care of Edward, our beautiful cavi, when he was so poorly. Although further treatment was not possible we felt confident he was in such capable and caring hands. Also thank you all for the great kindness shown to us at such a sad time

I have used this vets for 7 years but have recently realised money is more important than well being and care for the animals. Recently I had a 5 minute consultation with no answers to my questions and they charged me 50.00, didn't weigh my dog or take his temperature just offered surgery for a 11 year old dog as a suggestion because the vet didn't know what was wrong. As I've said monetary value over consideration and care.

We are new to the area and have had to visit twice in the last couple of days, I have to say that all the staff have been absolutely brilliant, from the reception team, nurses and the vets. Top quality service and a very caring team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you, very refreshing.

Alan saved our dogs life. Our regular vet wanted Pierre put down straight away. Then vet said I will give you two days then you will have to bring back to have him put to sleep trying to force us to have her put him to sleep. He is only two years of age. Another vet referred us to Alan.He told us he was 99.9 sure he could get Pierre back onto his feet Pierre was double incontinent and couldn't use his back legs.He had a burst disc in his spine. We left Pierre in Alan's hands. His staff are wonderful. Alan was true to his word.Pierre is walking.Has control over his bowels and bladder.Alan is a neurologist vet he knows all about IVDD.We drove 64 miles to get Pierre to Nantwich, well worth the drive. I find it shocking how we were treated.... . everyone is so warm, kind and welcoming. Our previous vets were a nightmare. ,,🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟treatment is what you will receive when Alan treats your Dog. Highly recommended.

Not my regulat vets but had to use them as an emergency to have one of my beloved cats put to sleep. They were amazingly compassionate and made a very difficult time easier due to the way they treated me and cared for me (and my beautiful Lawrence) as I was distraught. Can't rate them highly enough. Fantastic service. Thankyou x
