I can’t thank Kaitlin enough for not only allowing my cat to come back home but to make a very confusing and complicated situation very simple to understand. She spent the time going through in detail all the procedures she would carry out, also taking the time to listen to my concerns and wishes. Her honesty and opinions were most needed and always had a reason to back this. If you wonder if the price is worth it. It most definitely is!

Faultless. I was extremely anxious about the whole take my poorly dog to hospital experience and all the staff made it as smooth as possible. The reception and accounting staff helped me through what I needed to do, the students who initially questioned me about my dog's medical history and background were great and the vet I saw explained what the course of action would be and put my mind at ease. Can't thank them enough.

Brought our border collie Lola here for a CT scan. Everyone made us so welcome. Looked after by AJ & Arnold. Luckily was very good news for Lola. So, hopefully will not have to return. Can't recommend this place enough.

I brought my cat bear here after he was referred, their care towards bear was exceptional from the minute we got there, I was worried sick after being told all sorts from a different vets but they soon reassured me saying he wasn’t as bad as they made out, they gave me daily updates and arranged his CT scan. They let him come home after a couple of days with his meds and his care continued I could ring with any questions I had. Jordana and the team who looked after him were amazing thank you so much! he’s is back to his normal self now ❤️

We’re very grateful to SATH for the outstanding care and compassion they’ve shown our cavapoo, Humphrey, throughout his radiotherapy treatment. Their expertise and empathy gave us real peace of mind and truly helped us extend our time with him. A special thank you to Gaylyn and Jenni in particular!

Absolutely amazing. I felt so safe leaving my dog in their care. I was fully informed of everything which allowed us to make a decision on the type of surgery we wished to go ahead with. We were given leaflets beforehand. The discharge papers were amazing. Very clear instructions for aftercare, physio, rehabilitation. They even included X-rays of her newly fixed leg! We were kept updated on her progress, the system for updates runs so smoothly. Before being referred to this hospital I was used to a system where you call whenever you wish for an update. I was a little taken back when I was told the process but like a said to my surprise it works so much better. Having that allocated time gives you the opportunity to have a detailed update. The staff were polite and friendly. The students were great. Very confident. From start to finish our experience here was outstanding. From reception up to surgeons. Thank you! (Please enjoy a picture of my dog loving her pain relief!)
