Winsford Veterinary Surgery is part of the Willows Vet Group and states it holds RCVS Small Animal Practice accreditation. Based on its own website, it’s set up for routine small‑pet care (dogs, cats and rabbits) with nurse clinics, and it also describes out‑of‑hours emergency cover 365 days a year via Willows Veterinary Hospital, plus access to Oakwood Veterinary Referrals for specialist treatment.
Review signals are mixed, and there’s a notable data-quality issue: several of the latest written reviews available to us appear to describe a human medical/dental practice (e.g., tooth extraction, blood results, blood pressure), which conflicts with the clinic being a veterinary surgery—so those comments may not be about this practice.
From the clinic website summary and structured data, the practice mentions
Named individuals appear in the latest reviews available to us, but (as noted) multiple reviews read like they relate to a human medical practice rather than a veterinary clinic
Google rating: 3.5 stars from 37 reviews.
Animal type information not yet available for this clinic.

I went with my 8 yrs old child to have his lower molar removed becouse he had a big cavity and in the past had pain ,they also through about removing the permanent upper tooth that didn't bother him at all, it only needed to be cleaned and he had a small cavity that hadn't even reached the nerve. Now my chid is disappointed and doesn't want to go for a second extraction. They don't want to repair any cavity

Lovely staff, good services

Lovely receptionist Keysha or something like that. I’ve asked if they could follow up some blood results I’ve had 4+ weeks ago and she said I can do that myself as they have too much to do. I guess writing an email takes them too long. Lovely support.

Seriously can't fault this practice in the 2 years we have been with them. Can always get an appointment within a reasonable time . Prescriptions sorted efficiently. Routine health checks sorted and got me on appropriate self care and medication with a review. Phone answered quickly . Bravo and keep up the good

Fist visit to this Practice. I spoke to Hannah on reception who was very welcoming and ensured I had an appointment the same day. Excellent patient service. Thanks Hannah I then met my new fav Dr Preston. Very welcoming with a smile and a sense of humor. ( needed one, with the list I had) Listened to my concerns. Again, excellent. Thanks Dr Preston I was then handed over to Pete who completed all the checks regards to my BP, bloods etc. excellent. Thanks Pete My personal experience was excellent, I thought I walked into BUPA! Overall: From start to finish, excellent. 10/10 for the ‘A team above’ Thank you 😃

Worst doctors I have ever been registered with I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, the receptionists are the worst of a bad bunch they are just plain bone idol. The only decent staff member in this place is dr Burgess but hes always off, dr Preston is stuck up her own arse and is always trying to rush you when you've been waiting weeks for an appointment. Absolute joke of a practice I would give it a 0 star rating if I could.
