Exceptional service from BuchananVets in Timperley. After having a cruel service from Vets4pets, I asked my dogs breeder for the vets she uses and I have been so grateful I registered with them straightaway. I soon realised that the positive reviews were genuine and very true. My breeder had strongly recommended Simon and I am so glad I took her advice. Simon, Clare, the nurses and even the receptionists, are so kind, helpful and can see they truly love animals, something I haven't seen nor felt before with previous vets. They dont just do their jobs, they enjoy what they are doing and they are naturally passionate and loving towards animals. I would strongly recommend them for surgeries, vaccinations and anything else and I wouldnt trust any other place. Plus their prices are reasonable so can't even think of anything negative to say. Thank you for your services 🙏

The best vets we have ever been to. We thought we were losing our dog Teddy so was a very worrying time. Simon and the team were amazing from start to finish. Simon even called one evening at 9pm to check in on Teddy to make sure he was doing ok. The reception staff were excellent keeping us updated throughout giving us peace of mind at a very difficult time. Thanks to the love and care of all the team at Buchanan vets, Teddy has now made a full recovery and he even walks into the clinic wagging his tail excited to see Simon and the team which speaks volumes. Thank you everyone for your help and support, it’s beyond appreciated. Wendy & Family x

A very busy practice for a good reason. Kitty and I were seen by Simon promptly, kindly and with very personal treatment. I was fully involved in the decision making for kitty's treatment and I cannot praise them enough. Fully recommend

After being messed around by another vets and having to take my young dog to an emergency vets, we then transferred to this one and right from day one Lucy has been absolutely amazing with my Lucky. He always looks forward to seeing her. Thankyou Lucy for everything. Lucky is now happy, healthy and enjoying his walks again. I'd never go anywhere else.
