Ive been bringing my dogs to Ben since he opened in Saltney! I have absolute faith in him when it comes to my dogs. Above and beyond when it comes to finding what is wrong. All of the staff as amazing, so friendly and always remember the dogs and even ask about my daughter. I unfortunately lost my eldest dog whilst my daughter was 3 months old & really struggled getting Mini & my daughter in to the vets while she was having seizures and the girls were happy to look after her while we had hard choices to make. Sadness aside, I cannot recommend Ben & staff more highly!

Ben is absolutely excellent with my dog Bella. He also looked after my late dog and other dogs I have looked after when I had a dog boarding business. He explains treatment, issues, options and will see you in emergencies at short notice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. His team of staff are so friendly and caring and this us so important. Ben is a lovely man and has seen my cat numerous times, for injections, health checks and sadly most recently during a time where we decided it was best to let her go after 17 happy years, Ben compassion and care for my cat and me and my partners needs during this time we're quite evident. Would highly recommend him as your vet if you were looking for one. Thank you Ben for your care of Teega.

So very caring and considerate were the team at Ben Jones surgery recently when we sadly needed to have Molly, our miniature schnauzer, put down. They ensured we were the only ones there and Lizzy, the locum vet, made it was a very personal and peaceful experience. Thankyou.

Ben Jones is an excellent vet. The staff are exceptional. Professional and friendly. I have been with Ben for a number of years. In that time I have had 3 German Shepherd dogs, who have all been treated with the utmost care. Unfortunately I had to put my last one to sleep on Friday night. I am sure if Roxie,Floydie and Charlie could speak they would all say a big Thank you. Thanks Ben and staff for all your help and most of all the love shown to my best mates.
