I have been with Green lane vets since 2013 when I first got my pooch. As the years went by my doggo didn’t need much vet care as he was a healthy dog and full of life until recently over the weekend when we needed the vets services. Yeaterday(Mon) we took our beloved doggo and he went over rainbow bridge and the care and affection shown by the vet and the staff was comforting and we were given a card with his paw prints and some of his fur as a keepsake. Thank you for making a difficult day easier to deal with. Thank you for the care you showed our doggo also. 💙

I had a bad experience with this vets. I had been taking my dog and cats here for a year or so and and had spent quite a lot of money over this period. I had always paid my bill in full and had always received good care. My dog had became very ill and had become obvious she needed to be put to sleep. Unfortunately I didn't have the money for another couple of days and I was quoted nearly £300 for her to be euthanised. I asked if I could pay in 2 days and I was told no you have to go somewhere else. This meant my dog was in severe pain and distress until I got paid. I felt this was inhumane. I couldn't borrow the money off anyone and I feel that they had known us for so long that they could have given me the benefit of the doubt. After she passed I decided to take my cats elsewhere. To keep a dog in pain for that long was heart breaking.

Greenline vets are a brilliant company that doesn’t rip you off. Compared to some of these Nasty national parasitic companies. My guinea pig has had a tumour this week in Caergwlre they did a brilliant job On her, unfortunately, she pulled all the stitches out so two lovely girls in Chester on Saturday morning fitted us in last min and sorted her out. Very professional, attentive and completely altruistic can’t thank them enough! Glad to say, hopefully my pig is out of the woods now! Thank you so much everyone!

I cannot recommend Green Lane Vets high enough to be honest. We have been registered with the practice for many, many years now and they have never once let us or our pets down. Their service is always exemplary. I must praise two of the team especially though, Miles and Eve, both of whom always go the extra mile - their compassion and understanding are second to none and they are both an asset to the practice. This became even more apparent when we had to say goodbye to Oscar recently....their support was very much appreciated. Thanks once again to Miles, Eve & the team! If you are considering choosing Green Lane Vets for your pet's health and care then you will not be disappointed!
