Eden treated my dog and family with such care and kindness. We moved to Eden after an emergency with our dog, where he was seen to by Bert, who was nothing short of kind, compassionate and caring. Our beloved baby is no longer here with us, but I want to just say a massive thank you to Eden and all the staff for the way he was treated on his final night and hours before his passing. We said our goodbyes at Eden in the family room, a lovely space, with a night light, comfy mat and blanket for our dog; as well as a little memorial book and tree to write our note to our baby. Eden allowed us to take as much time as we wanted with him, at no point did we feel pressured to leave the vets after his passing; nor were we told when it was time for him to be put to sleep. This compassion and respect doesn't go unnoticed at all and I'm so grateful for the treatment my family and my dog received during this extremely difficult time. i'd recommend Eden to anyone.

For nearly 6 years, Eden Vets has become so much more than "our vets" – they became part of our family. From Doug's very first appointment to his final day, every single member of the team treated him with kindness, compassion and genuine love. Living with a complex medical history, Douggie spent a lot of time at the practice over the years, and not once did we ever feel like just another appointment. A huge thank you to Jools and the reception staff, who always looked after Douggie's appointments and bookings with such warmth and care. She knew Doug so well and always made everything that little bit easier. To the incredible vets – Georgie, Kate, Eve, Lucy P, George, Genevieve, Gemma Rose, Gemma F, Ginnie and Nicola, thank you for your expertise, patience and compassion. You celebrated the good days with us, guided us through the difficult ones, and always gave Douggie the very best care. Every decision was made with his best interests at heart, and we will never forget the kindness you showed our family during the hardest moments. A particularly heartfelt thank you to Gemma Rose, who cared for Douggie during his final moments with such incredible compassion, gentleness and dignity. The kindness and empathy you showed not only to him, but to our whole family, is something we will carry with us forever. You made the hardest goodbye we have ever faced just that little bit more bearable, and for that we will always be grateful. Thank you also to the wonderful veterinary nurses, Laura, Libby, Faye and Stef, whose care, reassurance and affection for Douggie never went unnoticed. A special thank you to Kerry-Anne, who always helped with Douggie's bills and the administrative side of things with such understanding and kindness. It may seem like a small part of running a practice, but during stressful times it made a real difference. Finally, thank you to everyone at Eden Vets. Whether you greeted us on reception, answered the phone, made a fuss of Douggie before an appointment, or smiled as we walked through the door, you all played a part in making us feel supported. Losing Douggie has left an enormous hole in our lives, but we take comfort in knowing he was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about him throughout his life. He wasn't just a patient; he was known, loved, and treasured by so many of you. Thank you for helping us give our little beagle the very best life possible. We will never forget everything you did for him, or for us. Forever grateful, Douggie's family ❤️

Kate and the Eden Vet team are very professional and compassionate. They investigated , diagnosed and treated my dog "Tipsy" quickly and supported me through an anxious time. Tipsy is back walking up "The Wrekin. Definitely recommend them.

I cannot thank Georgie enough for the amazing treatment she has given to my 10 year old boxer; Ruby-Rose. With the help of PRP she has given this girl a new lease of life. Problems that others have failed to identify were no challenge for Eden vets, they diagnosed quickly and treated efficiently. I travel an hour and a half to attend appointments here with my girl and I am so glad I found these guys. Centre is immaculate, staff are super helpful and friendly and Georgie is my girls saviour!! I have now started to bring my other dog too; Lily-Rose, we love these guys so much! I am a canine hydrotherapist in Liverpool and Eden is the only place I recommend to all my clients. Amazing Place.
