I really don't understand why the reviews are so good for Eden Vets, it's all about the money now! Our dog has a torn cruciate ligament, he has been seen by vets twice had xray and blood test,due to their policys he has to be seen every 3 months even though he is going to physio and hydrotherapy every week just to get his anti inflammatory medication, no other vets in the area have this policy, it's all about the money for them, also some of the receptionist are very rude. Avoid this vets.

Fantastic place. All the staff love animals, and our cat, who had an eye removed, was very well looked after (if your pet has to stay in, you will get regular updates and photos through what's app. Our cat was looked after by Georgia, who did a fantastic job. I definately recommend the place. ☺️👍

Good but expensive

Our cat Hector recently underwent a ventral bulla osteotomy at Eden Vets under the care of Ginnie Jones, and I cannot thank the team enough for the incredible care he received. From the very first consultation through to surgery and aftercare, Ginnie and the whole team showed such professionalism, skill, and compassion. The procedure was explained clearly, updates were given at every step, and we always felt Hector was in the very best hands. The surgery has truly been life-changing for Hector. His recovery has been excellent, and it’s amazing to see how much more comfortable and happy he is now. We were shown photographs of the surgery and were given detailed explanations that really helped us understand what he had been through, which we deeply appreciated. We are so grateful for the outstanding care and expertise at Eden Vets and would not hesitate to recommend Ginnie and the team to anyone needing specialist veterinary treatment.

The Team at Eden have been absolutely brilliant looking after Margs. It’s never straightforward looking after another vets pet (we are the worst worriers and know too much!) but from my initial worried messages to the reception team through to the nurses and the vets everyone has been absolutely wonderful. What reassures me most is that she has the continuity of staying at the same place for the initial consultation through to advanced diagnostics and nursing. Everyone has been so thorough, have kept me updated and been reassuring, practical and straightforward. I even got sent a little picture of her being fussed by the night nurses. Thank you very much Eden ☺️

Absolutely amazing vets who go above and beyond! My girl Purdy was in for over a week and the love, care and hard work given to her was incredible. They kept my updated at all times, we got to go visit her in a lovely room and was always made welcome by reception staff. I can honestly say they are the best vets around and I am so glad I got to bring Purdy home without them this wouldn’t have been possible.

I couldn’t be more grateful to the Eden vets team but especially Lucy for how they’ve taken care of Koda since we moved to the area three months ago. Koda was struggling with ear issues for 18 months and his previous vet were getting nowhere with him. We felt like we were going around in circles and that whatever was causing the issues was never going to be fixed. In three months Lucy met Koda for the first time and has just signed him off now with signs of issue gone. He’s nothing short of transformed, and the really telling thing is how happy and comfortable he is going to the vet now. That’s purely down to Lucy and the Eden Vets Sandbach staff. A big thank you from Faye and I, and especially Koda.
