Pool Farm Veterinary Surgery is a small animal and equine practice (dogs, cats and horses are all mentioned). Reviews suggest it’s set up for ongoing, long-term care as well as day-to-day problems: owners describe being able to get appointments “quickly” and being “fit… in” at short notice, and one long-standing equine client chose the practice for a new puppy based on 15 years of horse care from named vets (Sebastian and Charlotte). Cost discussions come up in reviews too—some owners say prices aren’t “sky high” and that costs are explained, while one reviewer reports an unpleasant dispute about returning unopened medication after a pet died.

I live in Nantwich but decided to register my new puppy with Poole Farm Veterinary practice in Betley because of how Sebastian and Charlotte have looked after my horses for the past 15 years or so. I was very pleased with the time, care, and consideration given to my puppy on his first visit.

Used this vets for over ten years sadly lost one of our dogs which we had just got new medication for our dog was on this medication for years so asked if this could be returned unopened as new I was told no it can’t as they believe I didn’t store it right some excuse that is spoke to Jennifer regarding this she was rude kept talking over me wasn’t interested and under the circumstances outrageous obviously another vets interested in money over compassion and doing the right thing

Five star service. Excellent family vets who can always fit you in quickly. We have used them for years with dogs, cats and horses and they have always given a first class service.
