Very friendly staff, i didn’t have my elderly cat registered there but when she started having seizures late on a saturday night I rang them and they had no problem seeing her as an emergency. Will be registering mo other cat as will my sister as she was very impressed to! Worth travelling that bit further for good care

Animal Trust Ellesmere Port is a lifesaver. After another local emergency vet tried to pressure me into euthanising my 3-year-old cat due to high costs (£2000+) and a misdiagnosed blockage where the other vet had also already prepped my cat for euthanasia BEFORE I had even signed any consent forms! I brought him here for a second opinion. The team here was incredible. They were ready for us immediately, performed an ultrasound, gave IVs and medication, and confirmed there was actually NO blockage and NO stones. The bill was only around £220, including take-home meds. They are honest, kind, and reasonably priced. I am so grateful to have my cat home safe. I highly recommend them to anyone. The nurse that saw us when we dropped him off and picked him up was an absolute star who explained everything very thoroughly and told us that surgery wasn't necessary for our cat and so they would refund us for that fee.

The love, care, communication, understanding offered by all members of staff is second to none. From the reception staff, nurses and vets. They not only take excellent care of your pets but are caring towards the owners too. 5* service

My young cat had hurt his paw and had also started a cold. We saw a locum vet called Oscar who was really cheerful and really good with our little fella. Bear was so relaxed around him and was sorted out very promptly and professionally. Also the young ladies on reception are always so polite and friendly. You are made to feel at ease on every visit.

A really professional bunch of people who saved my Rottweiler from dying of sepsis from an infected stomach lining to having her happy and running round again in 48 hours. The staff are extremely friendly and made a very traumatic time bearable with their competence and compassion for both my dog and ourselves. Really would recommend them to anyone who has pets. I can’t thank them enough.

My elderly (15) dog was seen by a vet for a second opinion about his condition. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the vet who saw him was very honest and knowledgeable about his condition. I would highly recommend Animal trust Ellesmere port. I was recommended by a neighbour and I am pleased we registered here. I have been for 2 more visits to Animal trust with my elderly but 2walks a day and lots of play Max. The reception team are amazing,Carly and her colleague made us very welcome as usual. We saw Olivia who was exceptionally knowledgeable and gentle with Max.Our recent visit was to see Dylan who was a specialist surgeon and his thorough examination and explanation of Max's condition has enabled us to decide whether or not we proceed with surgery. We could thank the whole team enough for saving our cakey’s life. You all went above and beyond for her. You’s constantly rang and give us updates on her development no matter what time it’s was, even sending us little pictures!!
