Paul and his team are always very welcoming and provide an exemplary service. We use this surgery not because it’s local but because of their service and that Paul is an eye specialist. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful veterinary surgery with staff who you can see have a genuine passion for animals and their roles. Aside from that they are attentive, professional and punctual. We felt very safe and assured in the knowledge and skills of Paul and his follow up emails were greatly appreciated, because they are so helpful for understanding and for after care. Thank you for all of your kind help!

Aww can’t thank Paul and his team enough. I have a Siberian husky Mya , who had a cyst. It’s been ongoing for a while . By look they were recommended through a girl in a cafe in Knutsford. What a blessing. I was worried with Mya age and I lost my other dog in June . Paul looked at all angles with care . Explaining everything in detail , from antibiotics/ swab test /eventually the removal of the cyst . Paul and the staff were so caring, I can’t thank them enough. As anyone would know there’s more to a dog they’re members of the family. And the care and attention is paramount and that’s what I got here . The operation went perfectly and any concerns wasn’t an issue. Thanks again . Paul and the team .

I switched to Knutsford Vets last year even though they’re a bit further away from me, and I’ve never regretted it for a second. The level of expertise, care, dedication, and compassion here is second to none. I’ve been to various vets over the years with many pets, but nowhere has compared to this! They recently looked after my cat Fred when he was unwell, and thanks to their brilliant team, he’s back to his cheeky, playful, loving self. They’ve also cared for my dog Bodhi and cat Loki with the same warmth and professionalism (even with Loki being the moody madam she is! 🤣). Over the last few weeks, I’ve been in several times whilst they carried out a thorough investigation into Fred’s symptoms, and every single visit has shown me what true care and dedication look like. They’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and have always made sure both Fred and I felt comfortable and reassured, in both the appointment and in the waiting area. As a massive animal lover, I just want the absolute best for my pets — and this place is the gold standard. They treat every animal as an individual, not just another appointment, and that makes all the difference. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shines through in the way they treat both pets and owners. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. Now that Fred has almost fully recovered, I think he’s going to start inventing illnesses just to get more cuddles from the team!🤣🤍

I just wanted share my opinion, having had my dog Phoebe spayed a week ago. Phoebe received outstanding care throughout the whole process, from the pre-surgery consultation, the operation and the post operative review. Dr Nick Bayley, the veterinary nurses and reception staff were all fantastic; very re-assuring, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We were not sure whether Dr Bayley would be able to operate laparoscopically as I wanted given Phoebe's size, but Nick managed to do this and the speed of Phoebe's recovery has been quite remarkable. The two very small incision scars healed really quickly and she never seemed to be in any discomfort or stress. Not only was I so impressed by the Dr Bayley's skill, compassion and kindness he showed to Phoebe, but the whole veterinery nurse team and reception staff were all so kind and caring. As someone who only wants the very best care for my beloved dog, I can honestly say that the whole process and the care she received have been truly outstanding in every respect. A fantastic team! Thank you.

We have been using Knutsford Vets since we moved to the area in 2020. We have three cats who like to play up on vet visits. The team are always patient with them, and there is always someone on hand to support. We use their gold plan - so the cats claw clipping etc is covered and nothing is too much hassle in terms of help and support if you need it. I recommend to anyone with pets as we have found them fantastic to deal with. If needed, they are also very timely and supportive with insurance claims which is a bonus.

Having repeatedly encountered impasses in addressing my dog's persistent skin allergies through previous veterinary clinics, I sought out Knutsford Veterinary Practice specifically for their specialist dermatology services. My initial consultation with Paul was incredibly reassuring. His immediate empathy, evident when he sat on the floor to put my dog at ease, truly set the tone. Paul excels at demystifying complex medical information, and I greatly appreciated how swiftly he delivered both short-term relief and a clear, comprehensive long-term treatment plan. This structured guidance has been crucial in helping me regain confidence and feel in control of my dog's condition. Paul's relatable nature, including discussions of his ongoing training and his own Labradors, adds a wonderful human element, and the complimentary first consultation was a particularly thoughtful and valued gesture. The exceptional care extended well beyond the consultation room. The detailed treatment plan was delivered promptly after the appointment, and the nurse took her time to thoroughly explain all of my dog's medications. Moreover, the ability to ask questions between appointments is an invaluable service that significantly improves the continuity of care. The facility itself is meticulously clean and boasts a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, further enhanced by the thoughtful inclusion of a children's play area. A particularly poignant detail was the lighting of a candle in the waiting room, signifying quiet respect while someone's pet had passed away. What truly distinguishes Knutsford Veterinary Practice is the team's consistent warmth and unwavering professionalism. They ensure every client feels genuinely welcomed and individually valued, far beyond being a mere number. This commitment is a clear testament to their dedication to exceptional patient care and client experience. Having experienced several veterinary practices, I can confidently say that Knutsford Veterinary Practice stands out as truly exceptional. Oliver says thank you!
