The communication and service at this vet clinic were excellent. I phoned up and was given an appointment the same day to get my Ragdoll a booster shot. The staff were lovely and friendly, and they took great care of her. Many thanks!

We sadly lost our old pup in Feb, and just recently decided the time was right to get a new little one for our family. We decided to start afresh with a new vet surgery, and what a fantastic experience so far! The minute we walked in for her vaccinations the nurse on reception cuddled her, and every interaction with Riaz, Christian, Laura and the rest of the team so far has felt personal, warm and welcoming. Most of all, everyone genuinely cares and loves the animals they’re there to take care of, as well as being supportive of the families too. They go out of their way to fit you in, and happily offer advice and care over the phone when needed. Honestly, what a gem of a find - it’s wonderful to be in a small surgery that isn’t part of a broader business model. Lovely family feel. Really happy we made the choice to join, and would absolutely recommend.

Just called this vet for travel info to get my dog from the UK back into Europe after traveling about from the US. The receptionist was soooo nice I’m very impressed. She was honestly the sweetest person. Usually when I call the vet at home it’s a monotone voice answer, and they’re great - but this was just so sweet. Turns out all I needed was the phone call and it was 10/10 for helpful & kind service. Thanks so much!

Brilliant vets. The care and attention they provide your pet is second to none. They genuinely care, and it shows. Half hour appointments are a god send as our dogs get nervous and anxious when there's other animals in the vets. We've been to a few different practices but Tatton is by far the best. Highly recommend.

I moved to this vets a few months ago and I am so pleased that I did! They are so friendly and welcoming and have a really great set up. You can park there or just pop over the road from the heath. If you have a question they respond really fast on Instagram or you can just pop in for a chat. My dog drank green algae and they had me in straight away to deal with it. She also had some damage to her teeth when she collided with a Labrador and again they had her in straight away and put her right! The stitches were fantastic, so neat and no infection. They asked me to bring her bed in so she had something familiar when she woke up from the operation and one of the nurses cuddled her for an hour whilst she was coming too. I cannot recommend this team of experts more, they really are fantastic and have my trust 100%.
