I’m pretty sure that Peter & co saved Roxy’s life - and I cannot thank him and the staff more for that. At almost 17 years old, this hip dislocation was never going to be easy but as you can see, she’s up, weight-bearing and walking outside on her own for toilet time. After every sleep (and there are many at her age) we are seeing an improvement. Check up at Chipping Norton Vets tomorrow afternoon and I’ll report back. Not out of the woods yet but so far the hip is staying in place and apart from a little confusion when her leg occasionally gives way she’s making a remarkable recovery. Thank you once again. Gareth & Roxy.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but the way this vet made me feel was absolutely awful. My cat, who spends most of his time outdoors and only comes home occasionally to eat, was hit by a van. I had to make an emergency appointment outside of normal hours for him to be seen at the emergency clinic. The receptionist was incredibly kind and sympathetic — she was the only positive part of this experience. Unfortunately, the vet was the complete opposite: rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in empathy. When I tried to explain that it can be difficult to catch an outdoor cat, his response was, “That’s your problem, not mine.” He even told me I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. I paid over £400 for this visit, and for that amount, I expected at least a basic level of compassion and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling judged, dismissed, and deeply upset. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from someone in a caring profession. Extremely disappointed.

The vet spent 3 minutes examining my dogs leg, to be advised what we already knew and that was she had broken the equilateral to a humans wrist on one of her from legs.. that consultation cost £280. We was also charged £8 for the cost of drugs and £50 for administrating it... We were greated by a vet nurse who was lovely and compassionate. However the vet on the other hand was arrogant and very rude

Great service the other night by the out of hour vets, my cat was very sick and was treated quickly by the lovely vet. It was an expensive trip and I appreciate you an out of hours fee. £336 for out of hours which I was happy to pay, my only grudge is being charged an extra fee on top of normal price for medication, I think this is a little much on top of the general fee. My bill was £903! It's alot of money to find when you don't want to risk your pets health by waiting to go normal vets. Can't fault the service provided, just expensive

We were directed to your Macclesfield location and the Vet came to greet us when we arrived. She carried out a full and detailed examination and provided a course of action which we agreed. Very impressed with help and professionalism and she bonded well with our dog.

My dog was attacked by another dog and the wound wasn’t picked up by our own vet initially. We found blood on our poor dog a few hours later and we went to vet’s now. We were seen immediately and Tilly was treated very swiftly indeed and also the price for this was reduced because I can only imagine the injury was missed the first time and my little girl had gone through such a traumatic experience. Very happy with the vet and the whole service
