First visit to Willows Veterinary group - The Firs, Kelsall. Excellent appointment communication and reminders. Appointment… A warm welcome received from all the staff. A calm relaxed atmosphere… our dog was at ease throughout her appointment. Annual jabs, checkup, and wellbeing advice shared.

Excellent service and care. We went for an emergency appointment whilst holidaying in Delamere Forest. They were able to fit us in and were so kind and compassionate, also liaising with our own vet to get our dogs medical records. We got a full health check on arrival, which picked up some issues for us to follow up above and beyond the reason for the visit. Highly knowledgeable, explained things very clearly, all whilst showing a real passion for helping our dog. Truly brilliant, just wish we could take the practice home with us !!

A wonderful experience when I took my litter of 8, 8-week-old Fox Red Labrador puppies for their first vaccinations, microchip and vet check. Everyone was so very kind and helpful. A very relaxed, calm but professional atmosphere that put myself and my puppies at ease, hence puppies slept and snoozed through their appointment even one slept through her weigh in, vaccination and even her microchip being given!! 😀 Well done Jo and Team, we will be back to see you very soon, Dianne and puppies x

I brought my cat to this practice as I wasn't happy with the way my cats illness had been dealt with with my last vet. This practice was recommended. I knew my cat was very poorly she had a sarcoma and the prognosis was not good. Just wanted to give her the best chance. Fiona the vet was lovely. Considering the lock-down due to Covid-19, I received excellent care and compassion. Sadly my much loved cat had to be put to sleep on 19th May which was so distressing, but the kind and compassionate way Fiona and the vet nurse dealt with the situation helped so much with the grieving process. Thank you so much. Your professionalism, skill, kindness and caring went a long way. I would highly recommend this practice. Once again although the outcome was devastating Fiona made it so much easier to deal with. Thank You

Very caring response with the vet Fiona staying on to see my dog. He had an abscess on his foot which she treated immediately. The care was excellent from all staff and my dog was treated with compassion and the treatment was explained clearly to me a each stage.
