I recently visited White Cross Vets in Widnes and came away genuinely impressed. From the moment we walked in, Lisa on reception was incredibly welcoming and friendly, instantly putting us at ease. The practice itself is spotless, modern, and clearly very well looked after, which gave us immediate confidence. Every member of staff we encountered was polite, professional, and happy to help, creating a really positive atmosphere throughout. We saw Michael, the vet, and he was outstanding. From the very beginning, he was supportive, calm, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable with everything discussed. What really stood out was how he handled my dog, Teddy. Normally, Teddy is quite nervous and tends to shy away from people, but he warmed to Michael almost immediately and stayed relaxed and content the whole time, which is very unusual and meant a lot to me. We also looked at the healthcare plan, which seems like excellent value, with consultations, urine samples, blood pressure checks, and discounts included. Overall, based on our first visit, this is a fantastic veterinary practice with a caring and professional team. I’d highly recommend them.

Went with my sons little hairless Guinea pig Dorian, he was such a sweetheart so were the vets...thanks guys for looking after, our rabbits, guinea pigs our jack russel also our peace of mind! 💖
