Can’t recommend Cheshire Veterinary Dermatology enough. Time is taken to obtain a detailed history to actually get to the root of the problem. We have a treatment plan in place and I have learnt so much during the process which will help with the ongoing monitoring. Ingrid and Bernie have both been fantastic and our dog loves seeing them! If your dog is suffering from skin or ear issues I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Ingrid and Bernie have been amazing with our dog, Ozzy. When Ingrid first saw him his itchiness was 10/10. We found the cause and have a long term management plan in place. He’s now under control and his quality of life has improved massively. Ingrid is always available to answer any concerns. Her explanations are amazing and make it so clear. I can’t recommend taking your pet to Cheshire Veterinary dermatology enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Segboer and her team to provide training on advanced CO₂ surgical laser techniques with their VetScalpel Surgical Laser. Their dedication to patient care and eagerness to learn was inspiring. Ingrid’s new practice in Cheshire is not only a beautiful space but also a place where patients truly benefit from her expertise and commitment to excellence. I can't thank Ingrid enough for all the kindness and treatment she gave my schnauzer when he was viciously attacked and badly bitten. She was so kind and patient seeing him every day for weeks to drain the wound and check the dressings. As an expert in dermatology Ingrid also helped to diagnose why our schnauzer was loosing his fur. Ingrid is a very experienced and professional vet. I would have no worries whatso ever in recommending her.

I have used Ingrid for her dermatology services, for the last 13years with my beloved Dogue de Bordeaux. Four different Dogues with four different skin requirements. Very professional diagnostic services, great plans easy to follow and if you're struggling to implement something, just say and together you will find a work around. I personally wouldn't use anyone else for my Dogues skin/ allergy requirements 😊
