Great practice - all the staff are kind and caring and my dog loves visiting them, especially when she gets a fuss and biscuit from the reception staff! We moved from a different vet where her health was mismanaged and she became extremely ill. I don't think my dog would still be here if I'd not taken her to Jeff and Andy. As it is, she's back to leaping around like a puppy!

We’ve been with Ark Vets at Kingsmead for approximately 20 years, and despite moving out of the area, we’ve remained loyal because of the outstanding care they provide for our pets. Over the last 12 months or so our dog Daisy has been facing multiple complex health conditions and the support we have been receiving is exceptional. Andy and Jeff have been guiding us with patience, compassion, and expertise through some incredibly challenging times, ensuring the best possible care for her. The team are so welcoming and professional, and nothing is ever too much trouble. My cats have been clients for many years, and it's been a positive journey from kitten through to senior... all nine of them! Most recently Penny was unwell, and I booked an appointment to see Jeff ~ my cats feel at ease with him and he always talks me though every stage of the examination, and when this diagnosis was diabetes we discussed the treatment plan options. The ongoing plan is a great success, and Penny is already getting back to her normal healthy self.
