Great vets, always friendly and helpful . Always easy to get an appointment... fixed my boys teeth, which he'd had a lot of problems with, hes much happier now thanks to the team at rose cottage

Had to take kitty there as she was not too well. Saw the vet and he prescribed antibiotics which she willingly ate when due and is now a lot better.

I cannot thank the team enough for the care they gave my dog Maya during a very serious emergency. She was diagnosed with a severe closed pyometra and was extremely unwell when we arrived. From the moment we walked in, the staff were calm, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She was stabilised overnight, carefully monitored, and taken into surgery once it was safe to do so. The communication throughout was excellent, everything was explained clearly, honestly, and with kindness, which made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to cope with. The surgery went well, and thanks to their quick action and expertise, she is now recovering home. I truly believe their prompt, skilled care saved her life. I’m beyond grateful to the vets and nurses involved and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone facing an emergency. Thank you all so much.

Incredible vets. Always very clean and tidy! Jen is absolutely amazing. She is extremely patient and helpful with both dogs, especially the male who has aggressive tendencies. Jen shows so much care and passion, she’s a star.
