Riverside Vets

The place is very clean. The people who work there are very loving and try their best to de-stress your pets. The vet was honest about pricing and also took what I said into account and gave me alternative options which aren't push usually (e.g. sperm killing bar for my dog instead of removing his testicles). My dog is on their membership and its saved me so much money. I also find that I can get an on the day check-up, which is great because I live down the road and work from home.

Brilliant practice. Staff and vets are extremely helpful kind and caring and I am so pleased with the care and treatment given to my dog. The waiting area is excellent with separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. I used to have to carry my dog into my old vet’s trembling but now he runs straight in and is made a fuss of by the girls on reception. 😊Would highly recommend.

I moved to Riverside vets in September 2025. I wanted to go back to a locally run smaller vets and Nick and Rob have both been great. We moved at a time when our dog was extremely poorly but they have helped get him back onto the right path. We are now regulars theres! Additionally, they are upfront with their costs and give you options. I would highly recommend them.

Have no qualms about taking any animal to Riverside Vets, my dogs are rescue dogs and both are very skittish and nervous. All the staff do a great job 👏

Took our dog Holly for the first time .All the staff were great! the vet gave her a thorough looking over & with treatment she's doing well. We thought the price of treatment was pretty good. The whole place is just lovely .

Newly registered at this practice and just had my first visit for a booster vaccination. Lovely spacious waiting room, separate area for cats. Although there was an emergency being dealt with, we were kept informed while waiting. Vet we saw was extremely good, not in a rush, and my dog loved him! Would highly recommend.

As a dog owner who suffers with Anxiety I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my dog to go today for his care. From the consultation, which was so thorough to the procedure I couldn’t have asked for a better vets. Not only was my dog relaxed but I was too knowing he was in good hands. Thank you to all the staff involved, including the receptionist who was patient with me calling numerous times asking how my baby boy was. Won’t be taking my pets anywhere else.

Excellent experience at Riverside vets, I have never been to a more friendly, welcoming and reassuring veterinary practise. From the first interaction over the phone, to in practise with every staff member who works there, their service is second to none. They looked after my kitten so well and kept me informed about her procedure without me having to chase up, it’s worth mentioning their costs are also extremely reasonable too. I would recommend this practice to anyone wanting the most premium care for their pets, you can be rest assured they’re cared for by the warmest of teams. Thank you so much

We registered here just a few days ago after getting our new puppy, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. The vets and staff truly care about both you and your pets — they go above and beyond, taking the time to talk everything through without ever making you feel rushed. I’m so pleased we found them.
