Vets4Pets - Greasby

Excellent practice. The team at Greasby Vets for Pets took the time to reassure me in advance of anaesthetising my cat and went above and beyond to make the process easy for me. Cannot praise all at the practice highly enough. You are in safe hands there.

Always feels worthwhile visiting and find them to be professional, caring and understanding. And of course extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. Absolutely cannot fault them

Just transferred from Southport Vets4Pets who were excellent, very friendly and professional. First (and will be the last) appointment at Greasby Vets4Pets. Receptionist not very friendly and quite sullen. One was scrolling on her mobile too while we were waiting for the vet which isn’t a great look for a customer facing position. Saw the vet who said she hadn’t any recent record for my dog and was accusational in her tone with me that it was somehow my fault! Clearly I pushed back and then she managed to find the record from Southport in Jan of this year. Had a check up and had his anal glands secreted which was fine. However, I was charged for the anal gland secretion even though it’s normally part of my monthly plan. Apparently they don’t do this service at Greasby with a nurse, it’s in the small print (exact words from the receptionist). Would’ve been nice to have been informed about this when we made the appointment. £33 lighter and a wholly miserable experience. I won’t be going back there!

All the staff here are so so wonderful. Mum took our beloved old cat Tiger here when she showed signs of decline. It was late on a Friday, probably 6pm, when they were able to see her last minute, and they informed us unfortunately she had to be put to sleep. The staff kindly waited for me to make the 30 minute drive to say goodbye, and Sean the vet patiently answered all our questions and was so incredibly gentle with Tiger. I feel so comforted knowing her final moments were with such caring people, and I’m so thankful to them for staying behind. It meant so much to us ❤️❤️❤️
